We work to promote a healthy ageing society, with social wellbeing at its core. Our programmes are designed to support the many different aspects of health, emphasising social interactions and inviting all community members to participate. We deliver our programmes across multiple locations allowing us to reach more people, tailor programmes to local needs, and engage community lead volunteers.
